What Does Workshop Fabrication Cover?

Workshop fabrication is the cutting, folding, rolling and welding Troy does in his Golden Square workshop, for jobs that need heavier machines. Quick answers

Questions People Ask Before Sending a Workshop Job

Can I get one-off steel fabrication near me?

Yes. Troy takes on one-off, custom and repair jobs in his Golden Square workshop, for customers across Greater Bendigo and further by arrangement. A single part gets the same care as a bigger build. Send drawings, photos or measurements, or ring 0438 476 206 to talk it through.

How much does workshop fabrication cost?

It depends on the materials, the workshop time, the finish and whether Troy delivers or installs it. Troy prices every job on what it actually involves, and you get an itemised invoice, line by line, with GST shown. For an accurate quote, email drawings, plans, photos or measurements.

Can Troy test a crack before he repairs it?

Yes. Troy checks how far a crack really runs using dye penetrant testing, a hands-on trade method that shows hairline extensions you can’t see. He then works out why it cracked, and can add lamination, gusseting or bracketry to relieve the stress. Broken down on site? See emergency breakdown repair.

Does Troy do laser cutting and CNC machining?

Not in-house. Troy organises laser cutting and CNC machining through a trusted local partner. For extra-large jobs, he has access to larger equipment through his local network. The cutting, folding, rolling, welding and air arc gouging happen in his own workshop.
